Great local service!We've used these guys twice now, and both times they arrived exactly when they said they would. Nathan took the time to answer questions by phone when we first had plumbing issues, and promptly came to help. Most recently, we were having issues with our furnace, so we called Dugard. Aaron and Jesse were here by noon, and within 20 minutes they had diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem. All in all, we've had a great experience with Dugard, and we will continue to use them in the future.
It was a relief Dugard Plumbing & Heating were able to respond so quickly during a classic Manitoba cold snap to get my furnace running again. Aaron and Jesse were professional and courteous as they explained what went wrong and how it would be fixed. Great service. Dugard Plumbing & Heating installed a new air conditioner, furnace, and thermostat quickly and competently, as promised. They kept the place tidy during the install and did a thorough cleanup afterwards. Everything is running comfortably and quietly.
Thank you for your prompt response to my request for help when my well stopped working. I had been without water for two days when I called. I really appreciated that you responded the next day as you committed. The two nice young men that came to my place were polite and nice and they kept at the job until it was completed and I once again had water. They also fixed my kitchen pipes that had come apart. I would recommend your company any chance I get.
Had them install a new water softener and battery backup sump pump, and was totally impressed by how smooth it was. Parts were ordered quickly, the installer arrived when they said he would, the work seems good (I don't know anything about plumbing, but everything works well) and the final price was exactly what was quoted - which was less than four other places we called. The installer also cleaned up when he was done, which is always appreciated.
